Maria Ruth Tito lives in the town of El Alto (La Paz) and has been an associate of the Exaltacíon communal fund for 6 cycles. There she belonged to the management team several times. She´s been working with Fondeco since 2006 and comments that the most important thing is to get access to the loans and to pay them back. She began to work with an operating capital of 10.000 Bs (1.500 dollars) that now reaches 30.000 Bs.
